- 5-Axis Simultaneous Toolbox
The 5-Axis Simultaneous Control Toolbox is REQUIRED with the MP3300iec-ER controller to unlock 5 and 6 degrees of freedom for G-code applications. This toolbox is an export restricted product with the ECCN of 2D002.
- MotionWorks IEC
MotionWorks IEC Pro is used to program Yaskawa MPiec series controllers. Their IEC61131-3 programming environment encourages the programmer to take advantage of the best of several programming languages within one development package.
- Application Code Toolboxes
One of the key strengths of the IEC61131-3 programming environment is the ability to develop libraries of re-usable code. Yaskawa has leveraged this ability to create Application Code Toolboxes designed for use in many applications using MPiec Series Controllers and MotionWorks IEC software.
- OPC Server
The MotionWorks IEC OPC Server is optional software that provides data exchange between Windows applications and MPiec controllers via the manufacturer-independent client/server interface OPC (OLE for Process Control).

- Controller Firmware
Controller Firmware refers to the program code developed by Yaskawa that enables the controller to perform all the automation tasks required by the equipment it operates. Yaskawa provides free updates to the controller via firmware releases to provide new features and enhance performance.
